TRB owns or licences from third parties all of the trade-marks, copyright and other intellectual property that exists in the Website. You must not copy or reproduce in any form any of the graphics, logos or other material on the Website unless you have our specific permission.

Any content that you post to the Website (for instance, writing, photos) is your responsibility, and you must make sure that you have the necessary rights to post that content by obtaining permission of copyright owners if necessary. TRB may remove any content posted by you, or prevent access by you to the Website if you do not comply with these Terms. Any failure by TRB to enforce our rights under these Terms if you do not comply is not a waiver and we remain entitled to enforce our rights in relation to that or any other non-compliance by you.

These Terms form an agreement between You and TRB, subject to the laws of Ontario, Canada.

You may provide personal information to TRB and its agents to receive information, to purchase products, to receive information about or become involved in promotions or other initiatives undertaken by TRB.
